Bryant-Denny Stadium will light up blue Wednesday night in honor of Tuscaloosa Police Officer Dornell Cousette, who was shot and killed in the line of duty Monday. Cousette’s police vehicle will be parked at the Walk of Champions through noon Friday.
A Celebration of Life for Cousette will be held Sunday, September 22 at noon at Shelton State Community College. His body will lie in state prior to the service from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
Cousette will be buried at Unity Cemetery in Aliceville.
The Tuscaloosa Police Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers.
