WHY IS SOUTHERN CHAMBERS COUNTY NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE BEULAH QUARRY?

I am surprised more people in the lower end of Chambers County are not knee deep in the “STOP THE QUARRY” issue.
I have worked 4 different cases in North Alabama where brick houses were ruined and footings of not only brick homes, but wood homes and modular homes footings were shattered from the blasting. Roads are ruined too, from the heavy trucks.
When the blasting starts, it does not quit doing damage at the County line.
I remember one case in particular. I was talking to the client and it felt like a small earthquake. I asked her, “What was that?” About 3-4 seconds later I heard the blast. She said, “I told you so!” When depositions were given, it was determined that I was 4.2 miles, like a crow flies. from the blast at that particular date and time.
Everyone in that area needs to pay attention and do what they can to stop it. It will ruin your houses and your property value will decrease drastically.
If you feel the need, feel free to share for the word to get out.
