ABOVE: WANTED PERSON: TRINITY THOMAS DAVIDSON
On December 26, 2020 deputies with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an address on Graben Road in reference to an ongoing disturbance. Upon the deputies arrival a white male suspect fled the scene on foot. After speaking with witnesses deputies determined that family members of the homeowner had detained a male suspect after they had caught him stealing the homeowners property. The suspect was later identified as Trinity Thomas Davidson. A second suspect, white female, Katie Nicole Morris, was arrested at the scene and charged with 1st Degree Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Officers from the Lineville Police Department responded to the scene and assisted Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies with the call. A car belonging to the female suspect was found on the property. The car contained numerous items of stolen property that belonged to the homeowner.
Investigators with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office have obtained felony arrest warrants for Trinity Thomas Davidson for Theft of Property 1st degree. Davidson has an extensive criminal record and he is not from the Clay County area. When Davidson fled the scene he was wearing jeans and a short sleeved shirt. Davidson did not have a cell phone when he fled and he has few resources to rely upon. It is believed that Davidson is still on foot and and he may have a large brown, brindle colored dog with him. Davidson may be trying to make it to Randolph County where he is reported to have relatives who may help him to stay hidden.
