Mr. Tom H. Rich
Tom passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at University of Alabama Hospital (Birmingham). He was born on November 25, 1942 in Hodge, Louisiana to Leonard G. Rich and Marguerite Hightower Rich. He was an active member of Faith Temple and Church of the Highlands in Auburn. Tom loved God, loved family and loved life. He had an adventurous spirit and lived life to the fullest. If you met him, you remembered him! Never met a stranger and made everyone feel loved. He had a special place in his heart for all his girls. He was an amazing friend, husband, daddy and poppie.
He is survived by his wife, Terrie L. Rich of Alexander City, daughters, Julie B. Rich of Los Angeles, CA and granddaughter Kylie Beth, Megan R. Nix (Brock) of Auburn and granddaughters, Wilder Rose and Willow; stepsons, Steven E. Lashley (Alyson) of Salem, AL and step-granddaughters, Mady and Lola, David S. Lashley (Nacomi) of Frisco, TX and step-grandson, Noah; brother, Edward Rich (Sherry); sisters, Jan Conville (Leonard), Martha Gilbert (Rusty); nephews and nieces, David Rich, Angie Roberts (Glenn), Amy Barlow (Rick), Brett Pitre, and Matt Gilbert (Stacy) and several great nieces, nephews, cousins and innumerable friends.
