David passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. He was born on June 26, 1962 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Homer Louis Keel and Janell Smith Keel. David loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of God’s House Church. David also enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, playing bass guitar and his dogs.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Debra Keel; daughter, Brandi Laine Cotney (Daniel); son, Brandon Bryan, Sr. (Sonya); grandchildren, Brandon Bryan, Jr., Cheyenne Bryan and Serenity Stager; mother, Janell Keel; sisters, Bobbie Nell Pasley (Jamie) and Ann Cooper (Wayne); mother in law, Robbie Marable; aunt, Helen McLeod; brothers in law, Tommy Goodwin and Phil Goodwin (Patty); niece, Kristal Harris (Chris) and nephews, Michael Ashworth (Mandy), Phillip Ashworth, Chris Gardner (Kendra) and Freddy Bryant, Jr.(Summer).
He was preceded in death by his father, Homer Louis Keel; father in law, Huel Goodwin; aunt, Helen Stewart; sister in law, Donna Goodwin, and niece, Jamie Goodwin.
