The Obituary for Mrs. Vickie Lynn Carter Kabetzke of Lineville, Alabama (Clay County)


Funeral Services for Mrs. Vickie Lynn Carter Kabetzke, age 53, of Lineville, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Taylor and Rev. Claude Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Kabetzke passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020 in Lineville. Born in Wedowee, she spent most of her life in Clay County. She was a 1985 graduate of Lineville High School and attended Southern Union as well as Jacksonville State University. Mrs. Kabetzke worked at a daycare for many years and then went on to work at Wellborns Cabinets for almost 30 years. She was a member of Mt. Prospect Baptist Church and attended Pine Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Travis Kabetzke of Lineville; two sons: Jonathan Lebrija (Myranda) of Five Points; Chase Kabetzke of Lineville; her parents, Jimmy and Cardell Carter of Lineville; her brother, Jeff Carter (Bonnie) of Temple, GA; her sister, Ramona Warren (Keith) of Lineville; two grandchildren: Carter and Carlee Lebrija; her nephew, Alex Warren and her niece, Trish Englett.

She was preceded in death by her niece, Sheena Warren.

Pallbearers will be Trey Carter, Jeremy Carter, Troy Kabetzke, Cody Kabetzke, Jeff Carter, Jackson Carter and Alex Warren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Pine Grove Baptist Church from 9:30 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M.
