Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020, 12 Noon CST at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Roanoke (Welch), AL, Rev. Calvin Trammell, Eulogist; Rev. Joe Cofield, Officiating.
Mr. Adamson is survived by his wife, Gertrude Drake Adamson of Roanoke, AL, his daughter, Tamekia C. Adamson of Roanoke, AL, his son, Weslyon L. Adamson, Jr. (Angela) of Roanoke, AL, his grandson, Kameron J. Adamson, two brothers, Victor L. Adamson (Betty) of Las Vegas, NV and Sasser L. Adamson (Casey) 0f Roanoke, AL, two sisters, Gwyn L. Adamson of Roanoke, AL and Kimberly L. Adamson of Wadley, AL, sisters-in-law: Betty Patterson (Hubert) and Annette Watts, both of Roanoke, AL, Jeanette Morgan of Columbus, GA, Maggie James (George) of Five Points, AL, Elizabeth Finley (Larry) of Wadley, AL, Phyllis Henry (George) of Clarksville, TN, Paula Allen (Jacob) of Ford, NJ, Beverly Sutton (David) and Linda Higgins, both of Atlanta, GA, brothers-in-law: Allen Higgins (Helen), Michael Drake, Stephen Drake and Paul Drake, all of Roanoke, AL, Patrick Higgins (Amy) of LaGrange, GA and Vandy Drake (Karen) of Clarksville, TN, aunts: Rosa Morgan of Morena Valley, CA, Mary Morgan of El Paso, TX, Betty Jones of Atlanta, GA, Mattie Adamson of Roanoke, AL, Janie L.
