Graveside Services for Nic Lett, age 24 of Lineville, were held on Friday, October 2 at 1:00 P.M. at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mark Kytan officiating.
Mr. Lett passed at away on Monday, September 28, 2020. Born in Anniston, Nic was a lifelong clay county resident who was a Central High School of Clay County graduate, class of 2014. He was a member of the Central High School football team and was a memory of the United States Army from 2015 to 2018. Nic was passionate, out-going and a jack of all trades. He was a show-stopper and stole the show; he also was very strong in his faith, and loved his family and friends. Nic always tried to lend a helping hand to those in need, and loved to make people laugh even when he couldn’t. He was a member of Concord Baptist Church.
He is survived by his Father and second mother, William Dean and Vickie Lett of Lineville; his mother, Tonya Gail Buttram of Anniston; one sister, Morgan Pate (Taylor) of Lineville; three brothers: Riley Sanford of Ashland, Jacob Lett (Josie) and Ethan Lett, both of Lineville; his paternal Grandmother, Mary Faye Lett; his Maternal grandmother, Rebecca Morgan; his nieces and nephews: Willow Pate, Ava Lett, and Cash Pate, plus extended family.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Paul Lett; and his maternal grandparents, Donnie Morgan, and Larry and Debra Buttram.
Active Pallbearers were Canyon Mattox, Lane Browning, Colby Robinson, Brady Allen, Deidric Rutledge, and Ben Yarbrough.
