The Obituary for Mrs. Myrtice Delia Futral (Tallapoosa County)


Graveside Service for Mrs. Myrtice Delia Futral, 89, of Alexander City, will be Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11:30 am at the Hillview Memorial Park. Rev. Sam Kaufman will officiate.

Mrs. Futral passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at her home. She was born on January 5, 1931 to Otis Keel and Annie Pearl Scott Keel. She worked for Russell Corp. for 40 years as a seamstress. She attended The Church of God, and she knew her Bible well. She was a perfect Southern lady. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, and baking. She was always humble and kind. She loved her family dearly, and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Edward Futral; son, Phillip Futral (Lisa); grandchild, Eric Futral (Amanda) of Franklin, TN; great-grandchild, Knox Futral; sister, Vertice Keel Barrett; brother, Eugene Keel; and special friends, Betty Wilson (Larry), and Betty Bishop of Anniston, AL.

She was preceded in death by parents; grandchild, Nathan Dale Futral; and numerous brothers and sisters.
