Graveside service for Lois Pennyamon, 89, of Camp Hill, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Mount Travelers Missionary Baptist Church, 1229 S. Dawson Avenue, Waverly, Alabama 36879, Reverend Tyrone Edwards will officiate, Reverend Douglas Morgan, Eulogist.
Mrs. Pennyamon, who passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 in Auburn, Alabama, was born April 25, 1931 in Chambers County, Alabama.
Public viewing for Mrs. Pennyamon will be Friday, January 1, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
She leaves to cherish her memory: eight children, Joe F. Pennyamon of Dadeville, AL, Larry Pennyamon of Camp Hill, AL, Tony (Gail) Pennyamon of Lanett, AL, Sharon (Reverend Douglas) Morgan, Elizabeth (Duane) Blackwell of Camp Hill, AL, Sandra (Michael) Slaughter of Loachapoka, AL, Mary L. Pennyamon of Camp Hill, AL and Angelo (Miriam) Pennyamon of Vicenza, Italy; daughter-in-law, Mary Pennyamon of Camp Hill, AL; two sisters, Ruby Nell Maddox Lewis of Opelika, AL and Lelia Mae Lewis of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Sonny (Mattie) Maddox of Opelika, AL; 46 grandchildren; 126 great-grandchildren; 35 great-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-greatgrandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
