A graveside service of remembrance for Mark J. Brennan will be held 2:00pm, Saturday, May 22nd at Loachapoka Cemetery.
Mark is survived by his brother, Kevin, of Watertown, NY; a cousin, Alan Rohulich, of Endicott, NY; his lifelong best friends, Charlie and Maggie Lacy of Port Dickenson, NY, as well as many other friends and loved ones.
Mark J. Brennan, who passed away on Friday, May 14, was born on October 15, 1951, in Greenridge, Pennsylvania. In 1958 Mark’s family moved to Binghamton, NY. Mark was established in the Navy in 1970. He proudly served aboard the USS Flying Fish 673. He had the unique distinction of being the youngest enlisted man ever to stand chief of the watch aboard a nuclear submarine vessel. In the late 90’s Mark moved to Auburn, AL, and for nearly twenty years, became a dedicated and significant part of the M&M Trucking family.
He was a man of high intelligence, integrity, and he will always be in the hearts of those who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Lee County Humane Society or to a charity of your choosing.
