Mr. Marshal Kyle Shoemaker, age 54 of McDonough, Georgia passed away June 28, 2021. Kyle was born in Langdale, Alabama to the late Marshal Hardy and Diane Gloria Dale Shoemaker.
Kyle was a mechanic at Rainbow Muffler and could accomplish anything he set out to do. He enjoyed playing pool, shooting, golf, bowling, and was a music lover. He was quick witted and had a marvelous sense of humor. He was learning to play the guitar and had a knack at writing poems. Kyle was an avid Alabama fan.
Survivors include his wife, Julie Latham Shoemaker; children, Collin Shoemaker and Davalee (Maurice) Thomas; grandson, Maurice Thomas, Jr.; brother, Kevin (Wendy) Shoemaker; sister, Kelli (Eric) Burrous; mother in law, Sandra Latham; brothers in law and sisters in law, Neal (Belinda) Latham, Brian (Ali) Latham and Barbara Hays; aunts and uncles, Thomas (Faith) Dale and Randy (Brenda) Lashley; nieces and nephews, Torri (Chris) Fuller, Camden Burrous, Savannah Cook, Myles (Misty) Shoemaker, Will Burrous, David Latham, Chris Monroe, Landon and Knox Holmes ; great nephews, Nathan, Daniel and Kameron; Hannah Shoemaker; and Alley and Charlie.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 3, 2021 – 11:00 AM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Myles Shoemaker will officiate. Friends may visit the family Saturday one hour prior to the service.
