Cora Peeples of Valley, Alabama was born to the late J.E. and Leona Folsom on November 14, 1939 and passed away on February 22, 2022. She was 82 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Peeples and her grandson, Forrest Moore II.
She is survived by her children, Tracie Moore (Forrest), Cindy Peeples; grandchildren, Zachary Moore (Haley), James Jenkins, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Forrest III, Virginia, Kately, Magnolia, Laurel, and Ben; sisters Gina Holland and Irene Gates, brother, Buddy Folsom, and extended family.
A memorial service will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 at 2:00pm Eastern at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that any donations be sent to Preferred Care Hospice, 1921 Whittlesey Road, Suite 110, Columbus, Georgia 31904.
